Originally a 1990’s Neo-Spanish, yellow rendered house with a terracotta roof and dated interior, this stunning home has been renovated inside and out by Austin Design Associates to become an elegant town house.

With an excellent client brief, Austin Design Associates were inspired and encouraged to really transform this home. Externally, the house was painted a concrete grey and the terracotta roof tiles were replaced with slate, a new front door was installed along with steel windows across the rear which gave the house a whole new aesthetic.

Inside, dark parquetry flooring was replaced with large pale oak floorboards and the walls were painted a crisp white. A new kitchen with a refined layout introduced Carrara marble to the black steel window, oak floor and white wall scheme.

Austin Design were able to make small but significant changes to the floor plan, enabling them to enlarge the kitchen, create a butler’s pantry, add extra windows, enlarge existing window openings and create a window seat in the living room.
