HALLWAYS

The hallway from the front door sits within the original section of the house, therefore we really wanted to honour and respect it’s heritage story. We completely restored the hallway back to it’s 1880’s glory and what a statement it is - that archway is one of my favourite features!

The upstairs hallway looks out over the void down into the stairwell and out through the huge 4m wide windows down to the street below. We used carpet in the upstairs hallway to tie in with the bedrooms and also to keep it feeling a little more cosy. What could have been a run of the mill hallway has been transformed into a statement space, full of curves, greenery, angles and lot’s and lot’s of light!
