The stairs and void area has to be my favourite part of the house! The oversized windows allow an abundance of natural light and sunshine to stream in all day long and the void gives the whole house a sense of height and space, something which can be rare in these single fronted Victorians. Adding the plater box on the first story which cascades greenery down into the stair well, that can also be seen from the kitchen, adds another dimension to the space, as well as a little bit of fun and who doesn’t love greenery?!
