As young mothers, Iris Adler and Tali Milchberg were working respectively as a fashion stylist and creative director, when they realised there was a need for an alternative to the usual babywear clichés. Founded in 2009, Nununu is a reflection of both designers' passion for contemporary, deconstructed soft tailoring and was created for the parent who wants to share their taste and personal style with their children. After conquering the infant market they then launched Shadows, which caters for children up to the age of 14.
Nununu and Shadows have developed a cultish following amongst style conscience celebrities. The label has dressed some of the world’s most photographed celebabies, including Blue Ivy, North West, Skyler Zoe, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo Rossdale, Samuel Affleck and Mason Disick. And now they have released a small collection of bedding for the kids as well.. ranging from bedding to blankets and pillowcases. Nununu's homewares for kids are made from the highest quality fabrics and fuse urban design with a muted colour palette and subversive graphics.
