Thankyou handwash just got a super new dose of colour and we are in love!
Our favourite handwash from Thankyou. has collided with the super stunning cult favourite homewares brand Sage x Clare and we couldn’t be more in love with the result.. a fun, colourful and ultimately AMAZING hand wash collaboration!
The scent is fresh and tangy - ‘Botanical Aloe Vera & Lemon Oil’ and it sends your senses on a trip to Mediterranean Summer days, sipping lemon iced tea in the afternoon sun - and I mean, who doesn’t want to be day dreaming about that?!
Now, if you don’t already know about the amazing work that Thankyou do (and I actually don’t believe that anyone could have missed it, but just incase!), they believe in a world where everyone (no matter where you’re born or what you’re born into) has access to basic human rights like clean drinking water, sanitation and health care. This partnership seems like the most perfect fit, had you always been a fan of Thankyou?
I have actually! I’ve always tracked Thankyou as I love their ethos, their model and their products and have even actively involved myself in petitions to supermarket chains and crowd-funding campaigns. To be partnering with them feels really meaningful and special.
What did you love most about working with Thankyou on this project? I love that Thankyou feels wholesome inside and out… From my first phone call with Thankyou to the many meetings and brainstorming sessions we’ve had, it’s been really delightful to work with a brand that is just as inclusive, generous and fun-spirited as you’d expect. Sage x Clare is a brand with real heart and it has felt so special working with another like-minded brand.
Where did the inspiration behind the design come from? Our design has an international flavour, combining the romanticism of the Mediterranean with a mystique inspired by some of the world’s most exotic locations. We drew inspiration from the gardens of Morocco and the colours are reminiscent of faded summer vacays, while the abstract floral pattern pays homage to Picasso.
What are your top tips for a quick bathroom styling refresh? Ummm, a Nudie Rudie bath mat and Thankyou / Sage x Clare hand wash ;-) That’s a great start anyway! Plus we’re a big fan of greenery in the bathroom, particularly hanging planters like Devils Ivy to add a sense of height. Think about also injecting colour and texture in the form of luscious towels with fringing and cute storage baskets to keep all of that not so pretty bathroom clutter hidden away. Add a delicious scented candle and ta-da! Your own private sanctuary.
